In a 2-0 win over Johnson & Wales (N.C.), Zvekan opened the game's scoring in the 62nd minute. In a 1-0 victory over USA South rival Southern Virginia which secured the Tornados the top-seed in the upcoming League tournament, Zvekan scored the only goal of the match with a tally in the 47th minute.
