Matthew Scavotto, Brevard - The freshman from Charlotte, North Carolina picked up his first collegiate win in his first collegiate start, a 5-0 victory over William Peace in his only appearance on the mound for the Tornados last week. Scavotto tossed five scoreless innings and allowed two hits, two walks with five strikeouts.
