Women's Basketball Rookie of the Week
Makayla Street, Brevard - The Rock Hill, South Carolina freshman guard averaged 15.0 points, 8.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 1.5 steals per game as the Tornados posted a 2-0 record last week. In a 75-62 win over Warren Wilson, Street scored 12 points with six rebounds, three assists, and two steals. In a 72-62 victory over USA South for Pfeiffer, Street notched a double-double of 18 points and ten rebounds with one assist and one steal.
