The Brevard vs. Maryville football contest, originally scheduled for the weekend of September 28, was postponed due to the destruction caused by Hurricane Helene in Western North Carolina.

USA South officials have determined that if the outcome of this game has any impact on the league championship, and thus its automatic qualifier into the NCAA Division III Tournament, it will be rescheduled for Saturday, November 16. Should the rescheduling occur, N.C. Wesleyan will play at Kentucky Christian who is currently scheduled to host Brevard.

If a new makeup date is necessary, it will be announced by Sunday, November 10.
