#FlashbackFriday: Jeff Filkovski (N.C. Wesleyan)

The USA South Athletic Conference will give a nostalgic look at institutional staff members each Friday as a part of the Conference's #FlashbackFriday initiative. The Conference will showcase a photo from the person's past and detail where they have been and how they currently serve their athletic department. Jeff Filkovski - N.C. Wesleyan University - Head Football Coach
  • Two-Sport student-athlete at Allegheny College, playing both football and baseball, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
  • Member of the 1990 NCAA Division III National Football Champions, earning consensus All-America status as a quarterback.
  • Ranked sixth at Allegheny in career passing yards and touchdown passes. 
  • Named All-Conference both as a quarterback and a punter.
  • First-Team All-Conference honors in baseball.
  • Is fourth in Allegheny baseball history with 26 career home runs.
  • Has coached at both the collegiate and professional levels, serving as the offensive coordinator for the Cologne Centurions of NFL Europe in addition to several institutional stops. 
  • Has served as N.C. Wesleyan Head Football Coach for 11 seasons.
  • Recently. the Battling Bishops began playing in their own on-campus facility.
