The Conference will showcase a photo from the person's past and detail where they have been and how they currently serve their athletic department. Rob VanCleve - Mary Baldwin University - Head Cross Country / Track & Field Coach
- Ran unattached in several collegiate meets while a student at Florida State University.
- Began a teaching and coaching career at the Bolles School in Jacksonville, Florida following college graduation.
- In 1995 became an assistant coach at, then Brevard Junior College, now Brevard College a member of the USA South.
- From 1995-2010 competed in Masters Track, focusing on middle-distance races, earning five national championships.
- Retired from teaching and coaching in 2022.
- Named head of the Mary Baldwin cross country and track & field programs in the summer of 2024.
- Coached Nicky Black to the 2024 USA South Women's Cross Country Meet Championship.
