Methodist Wins USA South Men's Golf Tournament

(SPARTANBURG, SC) - The 2025 USA South Men's Golf Tournament has finished its final round at The Carolina Country Club in Spartanburg, South Carolina with Methodist capturing the championship for the fourth consecutive year and the 35th time in program history.

The Monarchs led from start to finish, posting a 15-under par 849 to take the title over second-place Greensboro's 39-over par 903. Placing third with a 48-over par 912 was Southern Virginia.

Individually, Methodist's Caleb Ryan defended his title from last year with an eight-under par 208. The next three spots were occupied by some of his Monarch teammates as Chase Walts shot a three-under par 213 to finish second, Aiden Spampinato shot a one-over par 217 to place third, and Beau Brewer shot a two-over par 218 to come in fourth. Greensboro's Watcharakan Chankarn finished with a three-over par 219 to round out the top-five..
