USA South Indoor T&F Athletes Headed to NCAA Championship

INDIANAPOLIS---The NCAA Division III Men’s and Women’s Track and Field and Cross Country Committee has announced the participants in the 2026 NCAA Division III Men’s and Women’s Indoor Track and Field Championships.

?The USA South Athletic Conference will be represented by four total individual student-athletes and one relay team at the national championships. On the men's side, Pfeiffer's Jordan Jones will compete in the 60 meters. For the women, N.C. Wesleyan's Kamiyah Wooten will take part in the 200 maters and 400 meters while the Battling Bishop 4x400 meter relay quad (Saniya Hall, Kamiyah Wooten, Ti'asia Bryant, NaQuayla Stanford) will make the trip. Continuing with the women, the Southern Virginia duo of Bayleigh Redd-Armstrong (Mile) and Marin Simons (High Jump) will be headed to nationals as well.

For each men’s individual event contested, including the heptathlon, the top 20 declared student-athletes were accepted into the championships.  For each women’s individual event contested, including the pentathlon, the top 20 declared student-athletes were accepted into the championships.  For each relay event contested, the top 12 declared relay teams, one per institution, were accepted into the championships. The championships will be held March 13-14 at the Birmingham CrossPlex in Birmingham, Alabama with the Southern Athletic Association and the Birmingham CrossPlex serving as hosts.
