In a 9-6 win over Muskingum, Sands was 2-for-5 with one run scored. In taking two of three games from USA South rival N.C. Wesleyan, Sands was a combined 6-for-10 with six runs scored, three RBI, two doubles, four walks, and one stolen base. Sean Jennison, Methodist - The freshman from Trinity, North Carolina appeared in two games, both starts, and earned two wins last week for the Monarchs. In eight total innings pitched, Jennison posted a 2.25 ERA by allowing two runs on six hits with three walks and five strikeouts. In a pre-determined four inning-max performance against fourth-ranked Belhaven, the Monarchs got a 15-10 win as Jennison allowed two runs on three hits with one walk and three strikeouts. Holloman posted five runs scored, four RBI, one double, and three walks in the two games. In a 24-3 win over LaGrange, Bingham scored five times. In an 18-5 victory at Methodist, Bingham tallied two goals with one assist. In a 23-1 win at Huntingdon, Limehouse scored seven goals with eight draw controls, two ground balls, and one caused turnover. Ellie Patterson, Southern Virginia - The senior midfielder from Meridian, Idaho totaled 11 caused turnovers, eight ground balls, and two draw controls, to go along with five goals and six assists, as the Knights posted a 2-0 record last week against USA South opponents. In a 10-8 win at Pfeiffer, Patterson caused four turnovers, grabbed three ground balls, and had two draw controls with one goal and two assists. In a 20-0 shutout over N.C. Wesleyan, Patterson caused seven turnovers with five ground balls to go along with four goals scored and four assists.
