(LaGRANGE, GA) - The final round of the 2018 USA South Men's Golf Tournament concluded on Saturday, April 14 at Highland Country Club in LaGrange, Georgia as a part of the 2018 USA South Spring Sports Festival. With a strong charge on the final nine holes, N.C. Wesleyan captured the championship for the fifth time in program history and the first time since 1973.
The Battling Bishops finished two strokes ahead of second-place Methodist and four strokes in front of Huntingdon who finished third.
Individually, tournament medalist honors were captured by N.C. Wesleyan's Grady Anderson who led wire-to-wire with a three-day total of 214 which was two-under par. He is the first Bishop since 2011 to place first at the Conference event.
