The Conference will showcase a photo from the person's past and detail where they have been and how they currently serve their athletic department. Scott Hearn - Mary Baldwin University - Head Baseball Coach
- Baseball student-athlete at Bridgewater College, graduating in 2003.
- Currently holds program records for career RBI (165), total bases (376), and doubles (54).
- Three-Time First Team All-Conference selection (2000, 2001, 2002).
- Obtained a masters in sport administration from Liberty University in 2013.
- Spent 11 years as an assistant baseball coach at Bridgewater College prior to going to MBU.
- Currently in his fourth season as Mary Baldwin's head baseball coach.
- Also serves as Mary Baldwin's Compliance Director.
- Has also coached at Old Dominion as well as with the Waynesboro Generals and Staunton Braves of the Shenandoah Valley Baseball League.
