The USA South Athletic Conference's women's outdoor track and field coaches have released their 2024 pre-championship poll ahead of the meet. Head coaches do not vote for their own teams in the balloting.
Southern Virginia, with 47 total points and six of the eight possible first place votes was picked by the coaches to defend its championship from last season. Pfeiffer received a first place vote and 38 points to place second in the poll, N.C. Wesleyan was third, and Meredith rounded out the top-four with the final first place vote.
The 2024 USA South Women's Outdoor Track & Field championship will be hosted at Jay M. Robinson Mondo Track & Field Facility in Concord, North Carolina.
