USA South Athletes of the Week - November 24, 2025

  • Men's Basketball Player of the Week
    Clayton Robinson, Pfeiffer - The Charlotte, North Carolina graduate student guard averaged 18.0 points, 4.0 assists, 2.5 rebounds, and 1.0 steals per game as the Falcons posted a 1-1 record last week. In a 91-86 win over Colorado College, Robinson hit a career-high five three-pointers to score 19 points with five assists, three rebounds, and one steal. In an 84-71 loss to 17th-ranked Hampden-Sydney, Robinson totaled 17 points, three assists, two rebounds, and one steal.     Men's Basketball Rookie of the Week
    Mason Hunter, Southern Virginia - The Saratoga Springs, Utah freshman guard scored 20 points with five rebounds, two steals, and one assist in the team's lone contest last week, a 71-63 win over Eastern Mennonite. Also Nominated: None.

  • Women's Basketball Player of the Week
    Abigail Snyder, Southern Virginia - The senior guard from Rocky Ford, Colorado averaged 25.0 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 4.0 assists per game as the Knights posted a 2-0 record last week against USA South foes. In a 69-45 win over Methodist, Snyder scored the second-most points in a single-game in program history with 35 to go along with six rebounds, one assist, and one steal. In a 74-51 victory at Meredith, Snyder totaled 15 points, seven assists, four rebounds, and one block. Also Nominated: Analee Morris, Brevard; Anaya Hall, N.C.     Women's Basketball Rookie of the Week
    Ensley Perry, William Peace - The freshman guard from Knoxville, Tennessee averaged 13.3 points, 5.0 rebounds, 2.0 steals, and 1.7 assists per game as the Pacers posted a 1-2 record last week. Perry totaled week-highs of 22 points, seven rebounds, and three assists in a win over Agnes Scott and three steals in a loss to Hollins.
