(WINSTON-SALEM, NC) - The 2025 USA South Women's Indoor Track & Field Championship took place Friday, February 28 at JDL Fast Track in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Southern Virginia captured its second consecutive title as the Knights topped second place N.C. Wesleyan by 89 points.

Individually, top performers of the meet were selected based on the amount of points contributed to their team. N.C. Wesleyan's Kamiyah Wooten was named Track Athlete of the Meet while Mary Baldwin's Caroline Motley earned Track Rookie Athlete of the Meet. N.C. Wesleyan's Christian Van Norden was named both Field Athlete of the Meet while Southern Virginia's Surraiya Mahmud earned Field Rookie Athlete of the Meet. Finally, Southern Virginia's Kyle Chandler was named Coach of the Meet.

The top-three performers in each event were deemed All-Conference while an All-Sportsmanship team was also announced.
