(MISENHEIMER , NC) - The 2025 USA South Men's Lacrosse tournament has come to a close on the campus of Pfeiffer University with the host, top-seed, Falcons taking the championship for the third consecutive year and the fourth time in their program's history. Pfeiffer grabbed a 18-3 victory over third-seeded Methodist in the highest-scoring championship game in Conference history.

Pfeiffer jumped on the Monarchs early, scoring the game's first 13 goals and never looked back. The Falcons scored four in the first quater and seven more in the second to take an 11-0 lead into halftime. The two teams each scored two goals in the third quarter before Pfeiffer outscored Methodist 5-1 in the final stanza to close out the win.

Pfeiffer was led offensively by Mason Tardiff who scored a game-high four goals with one assist. Andrew Brown, Trent Orr, and Khyler Johnson each added three scores while Evan Jenkins grabbed a team-high five ground balls. In goal, Korbin Hamilton allowed just two goals while stopping 11 shots for the Falcons. Jay Legg, Cy Horner, and Matt Bentz were the Methodist goal scorers while Graham Clausen collected a game-high six ground balls.
