(MISENHEIMER, N.C.) - The 2025 USA South Women's Cross Country Championship took place on Saturday, November 1 on the campus of Pfeiffer University. Southern Virginia captured the championship for the second consecutive season and third time in program history. The Knights bested second-place Meredith by five points and third-place Pfeiffer by 61 points. Individually, Meredith's Delaney Bundy won the meet as she finished the 6,000-meter course first in a time of 22:03.3.
The top-five runners at the meet were named First Team All-Conference, finishers 6-10 were awarded Second Team All-Conference accolades, finishers 11-15 grabbed Third Team All-Conference honors, while finishers 16-17 were named Honorable Mention All-Conference. Additionally, the Conference's Runner of the Year, Rookie Runner of the Year and Coach of the Year were announced. The full all-conference team can be found below.
