Greensboro's Testerman Named National Hitter of the Week; On National Team of the Week

Greensboro College outfielder Trevor Testerman was named to the D3Baseball.com Team of the Week, becoming the first player for the Pride to do so this season. Additionally, he was named the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) Division III Hitter of the Week.

Testerman was also named USA South Player of the Week on Monday after a weekend that saw him hit 4 home runs in one game, and totaling 9 hits in their three game series against Pfeiffer.

On the season, Testerman is hitting a team-high .469 with 7 home runs, 30 RBI, and a 1.459 OPS. He ranks second in the conference in batting average, first in home runs, first in RBI, and first in slugging percentage.
