(CONCORD, NC) - The 2026 USA South Women's Outdoor Track & Field Championship concluded on Saturday, April 25 at the Jay M. Robinson Mondo Track & Field Facility in Concord, North Carolina. Southern Virginia captured the title for the fifth consecutive year as the Knights topped second place N.C. Wesleyan by 137 points.

Individually, top performers of the meet were selected based on the number of points contributed to their team. On the track side, N.C. Wesleyan's Kamiyah Wooten was named Track Athlete of the Meet while her teammate, NaQuayla Stanford, earned Track Rookie of the Meet. As for the field area, Southern Virginia's Kadance Sawyer earned both Field Athlete and Field Rookie of the Meet. Finally, as the coach of the winning squad, Kyle Chandler was named Coach of the Meet.

The top-three performers in each event were deemed All-Conference while an All-Sportsmanship team was also announced (see below).
