The USA South Athletic Conference's women's outdoor track and field coaches have released their 2026 pre-championship poll ahead of the meet. Head coaches do not vote for their own teams in the balloting.
Southern Virginia, with 49 total points and seven of the eight possible first place votes, was picked by the coaches to defend its championship from the past four seasons. N.C. Wesleyan received 42 total points to place second in the poll while Meredith rounded out the top-three with 38 points and the final first place vote.
The 2026 USA South Women's Outdoor Track & Field championship will be hosted at Jay M. Robinson Mondo Track & Field Facility in Concord, North Carolina.
