The first round of the 2026 USA South Women's Lacrosse Tournament has concluded as each of the higher-seeded teams earned wins to advance to the semifinal round.

Top-seeded Meredith shutout eighth-seeded Brevard, 24-0, second-seeded Piedmont took care of seventh-seeded Greensboro, 25-1, and fourth-seeded Southern Virginia defeated fifth-seeded Pfeiffer,12-7. Yesterday, third-seeded Methodist topped sixth-seeded Huntingdon, 24-2 to open the first round.

The top-four seeds will head to Raleigh, North Carolina as top-seeded Meredith will host the semifinal and final rounds. The semifinals will be played on Thursday, April 30 with the finals taking place on Saturday, May 2.
