Men's Basketball Player of the Week
Timothy Pettiford, William Peace - The junior forward from Garner, North Carolina averaged 24.0 points per game as the Pacers posted a 1-1 record last week. In a 99-79 win over Warren Wilson, Pettiford scored 23 points. Additional statistics were not made available by the Warren Wilson staff. In an 85-81, overtime, loss to Bridgewater, Pettiford notched a double-double with 25 points and 13 rebounds while adding four assists, one steal, and one block. Also Nominated: Austin Manley, N.C. Men's Basketball Rookie of the Week
Jadon Carnes, Brevard - The freshman forward from Concord, North Carolina scored 13 points in the team's only contest last week, a 97-89 win over Bob Jones. Carnes added three rebounds and one assist in the victory. Also Nominated: None.

Women's Basketball Player of the Week
Audrey Jennings, Greensboro - The Elkin, North Carolina sophomore guard averaged 20.3 points per game as the Pride posted a 3-0 record last week. In a 92-54 win over USA South foe William Peace, Jennings poured in 33 points with five rebounds, four assists, and three steals. In a 76-51 victory over Ferrum, Jennings posted 11 points, six steals, three rebounds, three assists, and one block. Finally, in a 75-45 win over Muhlenberg, scored 17 points while additional stats were not provided by the host of the game which was played in Puerto Rico. Women's Basketball Rookie of the Week
Kaniya Cromartie, N.C. Wesleyan - The Smithfield, Virginia freshman forward averaged 8.5 points, 5.0 rebounds, 1.5 assists, and 1.0 steals. In a 72-58 loss to nationally-ranked Mary Washington, Cromartie totaled three points, four rebounds, and one assist. In a 77-44 victory over USA South foe Mary Baldwin, Cromartie scored 14 points with six rebounds, two assists, two steals, and one block. Also Nominated: Minnie Griffin, Salem; Rylie Wade, Meredith.
