The first round of the 2025 USA South Athletic Conference Women's Soccer Tournament has concluded with each of the top-four seeds claiming victories.

Top-seeded Brevard defeated eighth-seeded Salem, 3-1, second-seeded Southern Virginia pushed past seventh-seeded Meredith, 2-0, third-seeded Greensboro topped sixth-seeded N.C Wesleyan, 2-0, and fourth-seeded Mary Baldwin blanked fifth-seeded Methodist, 1-0.

The semifinal round is now set as Greensboro will travel to Southern Virginia and Mary Baldwin will head to Brevard for matches on Wednesday, November 5. The winners of those contests will meet for the tournament title hosted by the highest-remaining seed on Saturday, November 8
