Abigail Snyder, Southern Virginia - The Rocky Ford, Colorado senior guard averaged a double-double of 26.0 points and 11.5 rebounds, to go along with 3.5 steals and 1.5 assists per game as the Knights posted a 2-0 record last week against USA South foes. In an 85-56 win over Methodist, Snyder notched a double-double of 36 points and 17 rebounds to go along with five steals and one assist. The 36 points are the second-most scored in a single game in program history. In a 64-53 victory at N.C. Wesleyan, Snyder totaled 16 points, six rebounds, two assists, and two steals. Kensly Stewart, Greensboro - The freshman guard from Marion, North Carolina averaged 18.7 points, 2.3 steals, 2.0 rebounds, and 1.0 assists per game as the Pride posted a 2-1 record last week. In a 91-67 loss at USA South foe N.C. Wesleyan, Stewart totaled 17 points, three rebounds, and three steals. In an 87-73 win over Warren Wilson, Stewart contributed 11 points, two assists, two steals, and one rebound. Finally, in an 87-76 victory over USA South rival Meredith, Stewart scored 28 points with two rebounds, two steals, and one assist. Also Nominated: Des'Myah Croom, N.C.
