The first round of the 2026 USA South Women's Lacrosse Tournament is underway as third-seeded Methodist earned a 24-2 win over sixth-seeded Huntingdon to advance to the semifinals.

All other first round contests will be played tomorrow, Saturday, April 25.

Winners of first round games will head to the campus of the highest-remaining seed after first round contests for the semifinal and final rounds. The semifinals will be played on Thursday, April 30 with the finals taking place on Saturday, May 2.
