The first round of the 2026 USA South Men's Lacrosse Tournament has concluded as four teams are set to faceoff in the semifinals.

Third-seeded Piedmont rode a dominant first quarter to a 17–11 win over sixth-seeded Huntingdon, while fifth-seeded Methodist used a five-goal second half to upset fourth-seeded Greensboro, 11–8.

The Lions and Monarchs will now join second-seed Southern Virginia as well as top-seed, and semifinal host, Pfeiffer, for games taking place Thursday, April 30 on the Misenheimer, North Carolina campus. The championship game will take place on Saturday, May 2, once again at Pfeiffer.
