The USA South Athletic Conference will once again give a nostalgic look at institutional staff members each Friday as a part of the Conference's #FlashbackFriday initiative. The Conference will showcase an individual's past, both in visual and written forms, detailing where they have been and how they currently serve their athletic department. Rob Dahl - Southern Virginia University - Head Women's Soccer Coach

• Former men's soccer student-athlete at Missouri Southern.
• Played professionally with the Provo Strikers in the Utah Men's Major Division.
• Began coaching career at the high school level before moving onto the club, Olympic Development Program, and collegiate levels.
• Coached at the College of Southern Nevada, Snow College, and Utah Tech University.
• 2000 National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) women's soccer national championship as Utah Tech (formerly Dixie State University) head coach.
• Named head coach of the Southern Virginia women's soccer program in 2021.
• 2023 USA South regular season and tournament champions.
• 2023 USA South Coach of the Year.
• Over four seasons at SVU, 22 all-conference performers, one USA South Goalkeeper of the Year, and a USA South Player of the Year have been produced.
