After the completion of the Conference regular season, the seeding for the 2025 USA South Men's Lacrosse Tournament has been determined. The tournament consists of the top-six teams in each the Conference and is scheduled to begin on Saturday, April 26 with first round contests hosted by the higher-seeded team in that matchup.
The semifinals and finals are set for Thursday, May 1 and Saturday, May 3, respectively, on the campus of top-seeded Pfeiffer University. The top-two seeds receive first round byes.
