The Conference will showcase an individual's past, both in visual and written forms, detailing where they have been and how they currently serve their athletic department. Amanda McCoy - Mary Baldwin University - Head Volleyball Coach
- Former volleyball student-athlete at Mary Baldwin, playing one season as an outside hitter prior to transferring to Roanoke College in 2006.
- Earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Human Performance from Roanoke.
- Also received a Special Education degree from Old Dominion University.
- Was a Health and Physical Education and Strength teacher for over 14 years while coaching at the high school and club levels.
- Two-time Virginia High School League (VHSL) Region III C Coach of the Year.
- Four-time VHSL Valley District Coach of the Year.
- Currently in the second season leading the Fighting Squirrel volleyball program.
