The Conference will showcase an individual's past, both in visual and written forms, detailing where they have been and how they currently serve their athletic department. Kirsten McKay - Methodist University - Head Women's Lacrosse Coach
- Former women's lacrosse student-athlete at Lenoir-Rhyne University from 2011-15, named team captain as a senior.
- Completed her playing career with 110 points (85 goals and 25 assists), 90 ground balls, and 28 caused turnovers
- Earned a Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science with a minor in sport studies from Lenoir-Rhyne in 2015.
- Received a Master of Arts degree in sport management from Wingate University in 2017.
- Began coaching as an assistant with the Wingate women's lacrosse program from 2015-17 and was interim head coach for one season.
- Spent a year at Young Harris College before being named head coach at Piedmont in 2019.
- After four seasons at Piedmont, was named Methodist head coach in the summer of 2023.
- Led team to the 2024 USA South Regular Season title in her first season in Fayetteville.
- 2024 USA South Women's Lacrosse Coach of the Year.
- Became the winningest coach in Methodist women's lacrosse history this season.
- Currently in her third season leading the Monarch women's lacrosse program.
- Has served on multiple committees for the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA).
- Husband, Ryan, is the current head coach of the Methodist men's lacrosse program.
