(FAYETTEVILLE, NC) - The 2013-14 season serves as the 50th for the USA South Athletic Conference. In an effort to relive 50 Years of League memories, the USA South has produced "50 Years in 50 Weeks", a weekly chronicle of some of the great moments in Conference history.

2006 - 2007

• Averett wins a share of its first Conference football championship.
• Christopher Newport volleyball wins first of seven consecutive Regular Season Conference titles.
• Shenandoah women’s lacrosse’s Kelly Matagiese sets Conference Tournament records with eight goals and 11 points versus Averett.
• Methodist men’s and women’s tennis win their first Conference Tournament titles.
• Averett men’s basketball wins program’s first Conference Tournament title, the first of three consecutive championships.

Shenandoah football’s Dionte Beatty sets single–game Conference record for interceptions with four versus Waynesburg.	Methodist’s Chrystal Bradley sets single–season Conference women’s soccer records with 37 goals and 88 points as well as the Conference Tournament record with 13 points.
Christopher Newport women’s lacrosse earns first of seven consecutive Conference Regular Season crowns.	N.C. Wesleyan baseball’s Blake Rice finishes his career with a Conference-record 29 complete games pitched.
